1. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in its original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect our products before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the product and packaging
After reviewing your claim, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received
Incorrect sizes shipped by us
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, an alternative solution, including a refund, may be offered.
5. Return Shipping & Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
If a return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
7. Promotional Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing must be applied during checkout.
We cannot apply discounts or promotional codes after an order has been placed, and refunds will not be issued for missed promotional opportunities.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
